Are your meals frozen?
The majority of our meals are frozen, but occasionally we offer meals that can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days, and these meals would be labelled as 'place in fridge'.
How do i heat the meal?
We suggest taking the meal out of the freezer the night before to thaw. Upon consumption, remove the lid and place the container in the microwave for up to 3 minutes, mixing every 30 seconds. Another option is to heat the meal in a saucepan.
When do you deliver?
We deliver every Sunday. Orders go out for delivery at 11AM and run until 8PM. You will be notified 2 hours, 1 hour, and 15 minutes prior to delivery.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, minimum order is 3 items.
Can you bring my order up to my unit?
With COVID-19, many apartment buildings are restricting access to units and limiting elevator capacity, making it difficult for us to bring orders up, so meals are usually kept with security or on the table. If you are unable to meet the delivery person downstairs, or will not be home on the time of delivery, please let us know in advance and we will find a way to accommodate to you.
Are the meals fully cooked?
Yes! All our meals are fully cooked and ready to be heated and enjoyed!
Are all the meals Halal?
Yes, all our meals are Halal.

Downtown Toronto, Oakville, Mississauga, North York, Hamilton, Burlington, and Milton.
